Make your own non-dairy orange smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 13 oz full fat coconut milk (1 standard can)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger
  • Ground Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

This is a great recipe for all ages and a delicious way to introduce new flavors (like ginger and coconut milk) to your children. Should serve approximately four people.

  • Place frozen bananas, orange juice, coconut milk, and ginger into a blender and blend until fully smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top!
