What Are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts of herbs, flowers, grasses, and trees that are believed to have a positive effect on the mind and body. Mila Eve Essentials essential oils are imported from the countries where the plants thrive in their natural, native habitat, are harvested under the proper conditions, and extracted by capable, talented distillers.
How Do You Use Essential Oils?
Essential oils may be used topically, in most cases, and added to a diffuser made specifically for essential oils. Essential oils can be added to natural creams, lotions, and carrier oils (sweet almond, coconut, jojoba, grapeseed, olive) before applying them topically or add them to a diffuser and use aromatically.

Thanks so much for this website! I use essential oils in my diffuser & knew you could use them in other ways but not to this extent. I’m 51 & disabled so I have health issues I’d love to use them for but I’m also a mother of 4 & grandmother of 13 & definitely want to have more natural remedies for the grandkids & introduce this level of essential oil use to my daughters/daughter’s in law. Your beautiful inside & out & I truly appreciate all your hard work as I know you have your hands full with being a wife, mother, TV star, entrepreneur, charity events etc.
