I stayed away from heels my entire pregnancy because I felt more comfortable in the athleisure look. That or joggers and a vintage tee. When I first wore heels postpartum, I wish I hadn’t. They were so painful I sold them to a consignment shop the next day!

Here’s a shopping guide, kitten to stiletto, to ease you back into wearing heels comfortably.

Zara also has these pointed-toe kitten heels in pink if you’re looking to lighten up your closet. The canvas fabric can help dress down this classic style shoe and the slingback can help dress it up should you choose.

I was so in love with my first pair of clogs and still to this day. They’re so nostalgic! These clogs by Tamara Mellon have added flare with the V heel and studs.
