We want it all. We do it all. But what do we do when we are absolutely exhausted? It’s indescribable yet inevitable. Episode 10 of our Not For Lazy Moms Podcast is all about what to do when you reach that level of being physically and mentally drained. Your tank is empty and yet, you still have so much to get done and want to be an engaged parent.

Superwoman gets exhausted. Monique and her team acknowledge that fact and then figure out ways to manage it – so you can still give yourself the “TLC” you deserve and get that to-do list done. Episode 10 not only has some very relatable “mom venting moments” about how we put so much pressure on ourselves and want to do it all, but it also features useful tips like having bedtime routines, saying “no” more, and waking up an hour before your kids do in order to get a head start.
