For seasonal allergies, try Lavender, Lemon & Peppermint essential oils in a rollerball mixed with Coconut Oil or your favorite carrier oil

  • 3 drops Lavender
  • 3 drops Lemon
  • 3 drops Peppermint
  • Carrier Oil – Dilute essential oils in 1 rollerball of a carrier oil (Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Almond Oil, etc). Add more carrier oil for sensitive skin

Apply to the back of your neck or wherever you have sinus pressure. Avoid getting too close to the eyes.

Don’t have essential oils? Try eating a teaspoon of local honey daily during the allergy season. Local honey contains small amounts of pollen from the environment.
